Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Unfortunately due to complications involving Brexit we can no longer ship items to the UK. If you are looking to order items and you live in the UK, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to work something out.
What is the estimated delivery time for orders?
The delivery time for orders varies by location. For orders within North America, it typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive. International deliveries may take anywhere from 10-15 days or longer due to customs delays. Please note that we are unable to guarantee shipping times and cannot offer refunds on shipping due to events outside of our control.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use major carriers and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Why is my order stuck at customs?
Delays at customs can happen for a variety of reasons, such as a high volume of packages being processed, documentation processing, or waiting for clearance instructions. These circumstances are out of our control and we do our best to ensure your order is shipped out in a timely manner.
Can I return my product?
